二、招聘岗位 Positions

* 博士专项(不限专业岗位):诚邀世界名校及国内高校的博士人才加盟紫金。



* 小金人专项(不限专业岗位):



国内:本科为C9院校的本硕博毕业生



海外:QS前50院校研究生(本科需国内211及以上院校)



国家级及以上各类大赛的获奖者,亦可择优纳入

*Doctoral Program (not limited to majors or field categories)



We sincerely welcome doctoral talents of globally renowned universities and domestic universities to become a part of Zijin.



*Aurum Program (not limited to majors or field categories)



Domestic: graduates (bachelors/masters/doctors) of C9 universities.



Overseas: postgraduates of top 50 universities in QS World University Rankings (must hold a bachelor’s degree from a domestic university of 211 or above).



Winners of national level (or above) competitions are also welcome.



 



三、薪资福利 Compensation and Benefits



1. 有竞争力的薪资待遇。本科8-20万/年,硕士10-25万/年,博士25万/年起,面议确定。海内外名校(国内985、海外百强)本科12万/年起,硕士15万/年起。清北名校本科20万/年起,硕士25万/年起。



Competitive Salary. Bachelors RMB 80-200k/year, Masters RMB 100-250k/year, PhDs from RMB 250k/year (determined by direct negotiation)



Top domestic & overseas universities (domestic 985, overseas top 100 universities) Bachelors from RMB 120k/year, Masters from RMB 150k/year



C9 Universities Bachelors from RMB 200k/year, Masters from RMB 250k/year



2. 政策补贴:人才补贴1-8万元、购房/住房优惠及补贴10-25万元、50-60%工科人才薪酬补助(按签约地实际政策享受)。



Subsidies:Talent allowance RMB 10-80k, House-related subsidies RMB100-250k, Subsidy for engineering talents (to be enjoyed according to the actual policy of the contracting place)



社会保障:五险二金(公积金、企业年金)



医疗保障:定期体检、集团内部补充医疗保障



带薪假期:法定节假日、年假、集中休假、加班、调休等



休假报销:休假往返路费报销,境外3-4次/年,境内最多可达6次/人/年(疫情期间因防控需要会有所调整)



节日福利:过节费(元旦、春节、中秋、国庆等节日每次300-2000元不等金额礼金),多元节日活动、丰富节日礼品



生活福利:餐补、通信、油补、住房补贴及员工服装等



Social insurance: 5 insurances and 2 funds policy.



Medical insurance: regular check-ups and additional medical insurance.



Paid vacation: public holidays, annual leave, time in lieu, etc.



Travel reimbursement: may reimburse round-trip air tickets 3-4 times/year for overseas, 6 times/year for China; (adjustments will occur depending on the pandemic).



Festival bonus: RMB 300-2000 and other festival-related gifts for Chinese holidays such as Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, etc.



General benefits: food, phone fee, gas housing allowances, uniforms, etc.
